The FreeSurf codebase is open source. Content you create using the Services remains yours. You grant FreeSurf a limited license to display and process your content solely to provide the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeSurf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
