When you use FreeSurf Services, we may collect:

Account information: Email address and authentication credentials (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
Usage data: Which tools you access and when
Content you create: Posts, invoices, links, and other content you generate through our Services
Newsletter subscriptions: If you opt in to the Feedfree Digest, we store your email and subscription preference

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
Authenticate your account across FreeSurf tools
Send the Feedfree Digest newsletter (only if you opt in)
Communicate important updates about the Services

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. Social platform tokens are encrypted with AES-256.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — Authentication and database (see Supabase Privacy Policy)
Cloudflare — Hosting and API infrastructure (see Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
Bundle.social — Social media API provider for cross-posting

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (freesurf_session) to enable cross-domain authentication across FreeSurf tools. This cookie contains only an encrypted session identifier. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may:

Access and update your account information at any time
Delete your account and associated data
Unsubscribe from the Feedfree Digest at any time
Request a copy of your data by contacting us

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services.
